Back On The Wagon
Whelp! I’m back on the wagon—time for me to get my keto back on. I noticed myself getting foggy, tired, and dizzy. I began keto as a way to heal my brain. A very low carbohydrate diet has been shown to improve cognitive function and, since I was down to try anything at that point, I started my keto journey. Unfortunately, I’ve gotten complacent, or lazy, or more realistically, overwhelmed with a bunch of things happening in my neck of the woods and fell off the wagon. Today I couldn’t think, was completely overwhelmed and so dizzy I had to steady myself by holding on to things. And, since I started Keto for my brain health, I’m going back to what I know.
