Quick Keto Pizza

Ingredients:

Crust:

3 Tbs Fine Almond Flour

1 Tsp butter

3/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella

1 large egg

*NOTE If you’d like to add some onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil, or hot pepper flakes to the crust that’s fine. Depending on the amount you add you may need an additional 30 seconds of cook time.

Topping:

1 Tbs basil pesto

1 Tbs pizza sauce

1 oz grated mozzarella 

Directions: Mix crust ingredients ’till creamy and microwave for 90 seconds in a wide bottomed bowl or small square dish

Let cool

Layer pesto, sauce and cheese

Microwave for an additional 1 1/2 – 2 minutes

Calories – 472; fat – 37.6; Protein – 24.3; Carbs -7.4; Fiber – 2; Net Carbs – 5.4
