3 Tbs Fine Almond Flour
1 Tsp butter
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1 large egg
*NOTE – If you’d like to add some onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil, or hot pepper flakes to the crust that’s fine. Depending on the amount you add you may need an additional 30 seconds of cook time.
1 Tbs basil pesto
1 Tbs pizza sauce
1 oz grated mozzarella
Directions: Mix crust ingredients ’till creamy and microwave for 90 seconds in a wide-bottomed bowl or small square dish
Layer pesto, sauce, and cheese
Microwave for an additional 1 1/2 – 2 minutes
