Back On The Wagon
Whelp! I’m back on the wagon—time for me to get my keto back on. I noticed myself getting foggy, tired, and dizzy. I began keto as a way to heal my brain. A very low carbohydrate diet has been shown to improve cognitive function and, since I was down to try anything at that point, I started my keto journey. Unfortunately, I’ve gotten complacent, or lazy, or more realistically, overwhelmed with a bunch of things happening in my neck of the woods and fell off the wagon. Today I couldn’t think, was completely overwhelmed and so dizzy I had to steady myself by holding on to things. And, since I started Keto for my brain health, I’m going back to what I know.
My Favorite (Keto) Things
I’m embedding a link to most of these products if you’d like to get them from my affiliate link. If so, Thanks! If not, try them when you can – they are fantastic!!!!
Catalina Crunch Cereal (My favorite is the cinnamon toast)
Highkey cookies (I’m a sucker for the chocolate chip)
Enlightened Keto Ice cream So I really love Enlightened Ice Cream – Butter pecan, coffee, caramel – all delicious – but I couldn’t find a link for anything less than a case of these bad bLilly’s I would eat them all if I bought a case so I didn’t want to tempt you 🙂
Quest Pizza (Couldn’t find a good link for this one but it it hits the spot when you’re dying for a pizza and it’s not soggy like some cauliflower types.)
Coconut Whipped Cream I saw this with the Reddi Whip at my local grocery store and had to try it – it did not dissapoint!
Not Strictly Keto – but Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-Free bread This is great for a treat. (But I also couldn’t find a good link.)
I also made some pretty delicious keto pumpkin muffins this morning – I’ll share that recipe later.
